About The Position

The Regional Lighting Tech is responsible for managing and adjusting lighting on displays and signage to align with inventory changes and promotional activities. This role involves maintaining lighting inventory, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines, and filming locations with Matterport cameras. The position also includes other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Ability to repetitively lift heavy merchandise of 50 lbs
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Ability to go up and down a ladder frequently
Must be 21 years of age
Must have a valid Driver’s license with no more than 2 traffic violations or 1 chargeable accident within the past three years
Positive attitude when working with customers
Knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures
Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion
Must be able to operate a scissor lift

Nice To Haves

Certification/training will be provided for scissor lift operation

Responsibilities

Change, remove, install and/or adjust lighting on displays and signage to reflect changes in inventory or promotion
Maintain adequate level of supply and storage of lighting inventory
Adjust lighting to properly display all merchandise in the fashion directed by Visual Merchandisers
Film Locations with Matterport cameras as directed in method and frequency
Other duties as assigned by management.
