About The Position

The Regional Lighting Tech is responsible for managing and adjusting lighting on displays and signage to align with inventory changes and promotions. This role also involves maintaining lighting inventory, filming locations with Matterport cameras, and performing other duties as assigned by management. The position is safety-sensitive and involves driving, with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, and requires some travel.

Requirements

• Ability to repetitively lift heavy merchandise of 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to go up and down a ladder frequently
• Must be 21 years of age
• Valid Driver’s license with no more than 2 traffic violations or 1 chargeable accident within the past three years
• Positive attitude when working with customers
• Knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to operate a scissor lift (Certification/training will be provided).

Responsibilities

• Change, remove, install and/or adjust lighting on displays and signage to reflect changes in inventory or promotion
• Maintain adequate level of supply and storage of lighting inventory
• Adjust lighting to properly display all merchandise in the fashion directed by Visual Merchandisers
• Film Locations with Matterport cameras as directed in method and frequency
• Other duties as assigned by management.
