FLEX TEAM (FT/OKC)- Safety Sensitive
About The Position
This is a Safety Sensitive position for the FLEX TEAM in Oklahoma City. The shift is from 10:45 AM to 7:00 PM, with a pay rate of $15.00 plus performance pay. Responsibilities include pulling orders, stocking merchandise, unloading trucks, scanning items into inventory, wrapping items for restock, and dispositioning returned merchandise. The role also involves performing furniture repair, entering/processing parts orders, loading customer vehicles, unboxing items, inspecting furniture for damage and defects, staging items for delivery contractors, and processing items from delivery zones using a scan gun. Additional duties include processing re-picks, removing trash, receiving/processing transfers, and checking daily closing assignments. Excellent customer relations are expected when working with internal and external customers. Other duties may be assigned by management.
Requirements
- Ability to repetitively lift heavy merchandise of 50 lbs
- Must be able to pass lift truck licensing test (written and physical)
- Must weigh less than 300 lbs (manufacturer requirement)
- Tugger and scissor lift Certification
- Knowledge of safe operation of a delivery box truck
- Knowledge of state and local motor vehicle safety laws
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Positive attitude when working with customers
- Knowledge of merchandise handling procedures
- Knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures
