Under general supervision, develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of products and services in a remote capacity. Duties include, but are not limited to: Qualifies, pursues, and closes opportunities for Commercial customers from Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) identified by lead generation. Develops a strategy for generating revenue based on the assigned account list. Selects the correct products or assists customers in making product selections based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations. Works on revitalizing dormant relationships with significant upside potential. Monitors customer market spend and relationship with Lennox, identifying high-potential accounts for promotion to the District segment. Coordinates with the Territory Manager to ensure smooth handoff of customers moving from Inside to Field coverage. Negotiates prices and terms of sales and service agreements. Ensures high post-sales satisfaction, facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.
