About The Position

Join American Residential Services (ARS), the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, with more than 7,000 team members and over 45 years of experience delivering trusted home comfort solutions. We are seeking a proven Regional Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives supporting multiple markets across the region. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, improving conversion metrics, managing operational reporting, and building a high-performing phone sales culture focused on re-engaging previous leads and maximizing revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong call center sales leadership experience, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to coach teams to exceed performance expectations in a fast-paced sales environment.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing inside sales or call center sales teams
  • Strong understanding of KPI management, reporting metrics, and sales performance analysis
  • Previous experience in rehash sales, inside sales, phone sales, or lead conversion environments strongly preferred
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer proficiency and experience utilizing CRM/reporting systems
  • Ability to travel between Manassas, VA and Raleigh, NC offices as required
  • Must pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and manage a regional team of Inside Sales Representatives supporting rehash and inbound sales opportunities
  • Drive team performance through coaching, accountability, reporting, and KPI management
  • Monitor lead conversion, booking percentages, call activity, close rates, and overall sales performance metrics
  • Utilize reporting tools and operational data to identify trends, improve processes, and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Partner with regional operations and sales leadership to align sales strategies and goals
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity across multiple office locations
  • Conduct call reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations to improve sales effectiveness
  • Support P&L objectives through operational efficiency and performance management
  • Ensure a high level of customer experience through professional phone interactions and follow-up practices
  • Build and maintain a positive, high-energy sales culture focused on growth and accountability
