The Regional Inside Sales Representative is an entry-level to early-career sales position designed for individuals seeking to begin and grow a professional sales career within a growing consumer products company. This role focuses on supporting and growing smaller regional and independent accounts while assisting in the day-to-day coordination and effectiveness of independent and regional sales representatives who call on those accounts. This role exists to bridge field sales activity with internal execution by ensuring account information, sales activity, and communication are organized, supported, and consistently followed through. The position provides hands-on exposure to core sales fundamentals, account management, forecasting, reporting, and sales team coordination, with mentorship from an experienced sales leadership team and clear opportunities for long-term growth within the organization. This role does not include responsibility for digital or e-commerce sales channels.
