Regional HSSE Manager
About The Position
The Regional HSSE Manager is responsible for implementing and managing health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) programs for one of JLL’s key global client services accounts. The primary objective is to help ensure employees and subcontractors return home safely at the end of each working day. The role provides leadership on health, safety, and environmental matters, ensuring that the JLL HSSE Management System and Standards are applied across areas of responsibility. The manager promotes a proactive HSSE culture, influences stakeholders, and supports alignment with and compliance with client HSSE policies and practices. This is a highly visible, fast-paced role focused on providing employees, clients, and other critical stakeholders with timely, relevant information and appropriate HSSE counsel. The successful candidate will identify HSSE risks, foster a strong health and safety culture, and support improved productivity and reliable execution. The role also facilitates HSSE delivery and management, supports staff in achieving compliance, and reports performance against JLL and client HSSE metrics and KPIs. The position is on-site in Indianapolis, Indiana. Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
