About The Position

The Regional HSSE Manager is responsible for implementing and managing health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) programs for one of JLL’s key global client solutions accounts. The central objective is to ensure employees and subcontractors return home safely at the end of each working day. The role provides visible leadership on HSSE matters, applies JLL’s HSSE Management System and Standards across areas of responsibility, and promotes a positive, proactive HSSE culture. The manager influences stakeholders and supports alignment with and compliance with client HSSE policies and practices. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role requiring timely and relevant information and counsel for employees, clients, and other critical stakeholders. The successful candidate will identify HSSE risks, build a strong health and safety culture, and support world-class HSSE results, improved productivity, and effective execution. The position facilitates HSSE delivery and management, supports staff in achieving compliance, and reports performance against JLL and client HSSE metrics and KPIs. The position is on-site in Indianapolis, Indiana. Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
