About The Position

Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Regional Healthcare Sales Executive to drive new referral growth throughout the Greater Twin Cities Metro Area. This field-based role offers ownership of relationships, activity, pipeline, and results. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of the Twin Cities healthcare market, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, and key healthcare professionals, to build and grow a dedicated territory. The company provides established Medicare-certified home health services, including skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home health aide services, and other in-home care. The sales executive will be responsible for identifying high-potential referral sources, building relationships with decision-makers, developing a territory strategy, and converting opportunities into patients receiving care, supported by strong clinical, intake, and operational teams.

Requirements

  • Proven healthcare sales or business development experience.
  • Home health, hospice, senior living, DME, medical device, pharmaceutical, post-acute, or related healthcare experience.
  • Existing knowledge of the Twin Cities healthcare market.
  • Demonstrated success opening and growing accounts.
  • Comfort discussing specific sales metrics and performance.
  • Strong prospecting and face-to-face relationship-building skills.
  • Competitive drive and personal accountability.
  • Ability to independently develop and execute a territory strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Twin Cities Metro.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-potential referral sources.
  • Determine opportunities to gain market share.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Create a territory strategy capable of producing consistent admissions.
  • Open new hospital, SNF, TCU, physician, and senior living accounts.
  • Meet with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and healthcare leaders.
  • Re-engage referral sources that haven't sent business.
  • Identify underserved accounts and competitive opportunities.
  • Educate partners on home health eligibility and services.
  • Develop relationships that generate recurring referrals.
  • Track activity, pipeline, referrals, conversions, and admissions.
  • Partner with intake and clinical teams to remove referral barriers.
  • Continuously identify the next opportunity for growth.
