About The Position
The Regional Facilities Manager leads Uline’s facilities team and ensures its distribution centers operate effectively. The role oversees facilities staff and the planning, inspection, maintenance, and repair of buildings, sites, and equipment. The position is based at Uline’s corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, and requires travel to domestic and international Uline locations. All positions are on-site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of experience with multiple large warehouses or retail locations.
- Experience working with budgets greater than $5 million.
- Experience with a computerized maintenance management system.
- Ability to travel to Uline’s domestic and international locations.

Responsibilities
- Manage diverse teams of facilities staff, including maintenance, grounds, and custodial workers.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels and leadership.
- Plan budgets, capital expenses, and projects accurately.
- Audit and inspect buildings, sites, and equipment for appearance, repairs, and maintenance work.
- Develop policies and guidelines for facilities inspection, set-up, maintenance, and repair.
