About The Position

The Regional Driver delivers vehicles and, in some instances, customers, employees, or vendors safely and promptly to their destinations while providing helpful, courteous, and professional customer service. The role transports fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations and may involve navigating written directions and driving locally or out of the area as needed. The position is located at 1011 Trade Drive, Morrisville, North Carolina 27560, and pays $12.50 per hour. Two part-time schedules are available: Monday and Tuesday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; or Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. The position is part time. Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands, along with other mobility and transportation services. The company and its affiliates manage a fleet of 2.4 million vehicles through more than 9,500 locations in over 90 countries and territories.

Requirements

Have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Live within 45 minutes of RDU.

Responsibilities

Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of the area as needed, following all rules of the road.
Deliver customers and vehicles safely and courteously to the appropriate destinations.
Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicles or pick up multiple vehicles.
Organize travel routes and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
Communicate via two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
Clean vehicles as requested.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
