About The Position
The Regional Truck Driver operates primarily across the Midwest, with a mix of live loads and drop-and-hook assignments. The role offers pay per mile, an average of 2,500 to 3,000+ miles per week, guaranteed home time every weekend, and occasional weekday home time based on route schedules. Work includes consistent, year-round freight and support from a professional dispatch team. An on-site maintenance shop is available.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Good driving record and DOT compliance.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle both live loads and drop-and-hook scenarios.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of recent regional or over-the-road driving experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailer trucks across regional routes.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and comply with all DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
