About The Position
As Regional Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and developing Retirement Education Specialists across different regions. You will play a critical role in expanding our reach, strengthening our teams, and ensuring our specialists have the knowledge, skills, and support needed to educate individuals about retirement planning in the school systems we are approved in.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the sale of annuities or life insurance
- Must have a Life Insurance License
- Must obtain FINRA License within 120 Days
- Comfortable setting ambitious goals
- Comfortable holding people accountable
- Comfortable with public speaking
