About The Position

KleenMark is hiring a Distribution Portfolio Manager to take ownership of an established $2.5 million portfolio of customers purchasing janitorial products, chemicals, consumables, and equipment. The role focuses on retaining and growing existing customer revenue while bringing new distribution accounts to KleenMark. Customers include organizations in healthcare, manufacturing, education, municipalities, and commercial facilities. The position works closely with Logistics and Purchasing to provide strong service and refers cleaning-service leads to the Business Development team. Occasional travel is required.

Requirements

At least 5 years of B2B account management or outside sales experience, with a track record of growing an existing book.
Comfort selling consumables, chemicals, and equipment to facility and purchasing decision-makers.
Strong CRM habits.
Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Janitorial/sanitation, facility supply, or industrial distribution experience is strongly preferred.
HubSpot experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Retain and grow revenue across an established portfolio of distribution customers.
Lead quarterly business reviews with top accounts.
Attach recurring consumables, chemical, and preventive maintenance programs to equipment sales.
Identify declining or lost accounts early and develop plans to win them back.
Bring in new distribution accounts and refer cleaning-service leads to the Business Development team.
Work closely with Logistics and Purchasing to deliver great service.
