Regional Distribution Manager
About The Position
As Regional Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and developing Retirement Education Specialists across different regions. You will play a critical role in expanding our reach, strengthening our teams, and ensuring our specialists have the knowledge, skills, and support needed to educate individuals about retirement planning in the school systems we are approved in. ValuTeachers Inc.® helps educators and public service professionals strengthen their financial futures and approach retirement with financial dignity. In most states, teacher retirement systems typically replace only approximately 48% to 52% of an educator’s full-time income in retirement. Many educators do not have a complete understanding of how their state retirement system operates, why supplementing retirement income through a salary reduction program—such as a 403(b), 457(b), or a combination of both—can be beneficial, or how to prepare for retirement through multiple income sources. Founded in 1999, ValuTeachers helps educators pursue retirement with financial dignity through clear, practical retirement education. ValuTeachers provides Retirement Education to the employees of America’s school systems and helps teachers retire with financial dignity by optimizing the value of all eligible qualified plans such as 403(b)/IRA/457/ROTH/SCRS, which provide retirement benefits and security.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the sale of annuities or life insurance.
- Life Insurance License Required.
- FINRA License Required within 120 Days.
