About The Position

Perfect Game is looking for an experienced Regional Director to join our Hoover team! This is an exciting opportunity to organize and execute youth and high school baseball tournaments throughout the Alabama region while working closely with the Perfect Game Operations team nationwide. During the season, you'll be responsible for tournament scheduling, customer service, staffing, equipment procurement, merchandise support, warehouse inventory, greeting coaches and players, and ensuring the successful execution of all on-site event operations. Following each event, you'll oversee vendor payments, inventory management, and financial reconciliation to ensure accurate event closeout. During the off-season, you'll play an integral role in sales, field acquisition, hiring and onboarding seasonal staff, training team members, and planning future events. You'll also help identify opportunities to improve operational processes and contribute to the continued growth of the Alabama region. You'll regularly collaborate with other Perfect Game departments—including Showcases, Accounting, Analytics, Social Media, and Account Management—as well as externally with teams, high school and college coaches, and facility partners.
