Regional Director of Operation
About The Position
The Regional Director of Operations provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple hotel properties, driving operational excellence across the portfolio. The role focuses on revenue growth, profitability, market share, exceptional guest service, and brand compliance. The director mentors and develops General Managers and leadership teams, reviews financial performance, identifies operational improvements, and leads property openings, transitions, renovations, and special projects as needed. The position also builds relationships with brands, vendors, and corporate partners and conducts regular property visits, inspections, and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including multi-property oversight.
- Strong background in full-service, select-service, or resort hotel operations.
- Proven success in increasing revenues, controlling expenses, and improving guest satisfaction scores.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
