About The Position

Brighten Life Home Health is hiring a Regional Director of Marketing in Salt Lake City, Utah. This leader will support the marketing team, grow referrals and community awareness, and develop regional marketing and business development strategies. The role partners with leadership to achieve growth and census goals, supports admissions and referral development, and identifies market opportunities for expansion. It also involves creating marketing materials, reporting progress to leadership, and traveling to agency locations and community events as needed. The position is presented as an opportunity to strengthen community partnerships and expand access to home health services. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of healthcare marketing experience.
Home Health or Hospice marketing experience.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare services.
Basic computer and technology proficiency.
Initiative and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the marketing team to increase referrals and community awareness.
Build relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and referral sources.
Develop and implement regional marketing and business development strategies.
Collaborate with leadership to achieve growth and census goals.
Create marketing materials and assist with promotional initiatives.
Analyze market opportunities and identify areas for expansion.
Support admissions and referral development efforts.
Travel to agency locations and community events as needed.
Prepare reports and provide regular updates to leadership.
