About The Position

This role is not about managing a declining spreadsheet of legacy partners. SecureW2 is seeking an architect to build a powerhouse ecosystem of regional partners for their cloud-native, passwordless security solutions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Channel professional or a high-performing Mid-Market/Commercial AE who can leverage regional partner relationships to build a territory from the ground up. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Channel Management or as a Commercial/Mid-Market AE with a focus on channel.
  • Existing relationships with regional partners in the networking and security space.
  • Understanding of SaaS, Cybersecurity, and Identity.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with CISOs and Lead Engineers.
  • Experience thriving in a startup environment with ambiguity.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and scaling partners.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt & Recruit: Identify and sign VARs and security-focused partners.
  • Enable & Empower: Train partners to hunt with SecureW2, providing them with the necessary tools and intelligence.
  • Drive the Pipeline: Collaborate with partners on joint business plans to generate partner-sourced revenue.
  • Be the Face of SecureW2: Represent the brand at regional events and act as the primary advocate for partners internally.
