About The Position

SecureW2 is seeking a Regional Channel Lead (Security & Identity) - West to build and manage a powerhouse ecosystem of regional partners. This role is for an architect who can leverage world-class, cloud-native, passwordless security solutions to create a strong partner network. The ideal candidate will have a culture that prizes autonomy, speed, and genuine human connection. This is an opportunity to build something that matters most, moving beyond traditional channel management to architect a new territory from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Channel Management or as a Commercial/Mid-Market AE with a focus on channel sales.
  • Proven ability to build deep trust and relationships with partners.
  • Existing network of regional partners in the networking and security space.
  • Understanding of SaaS, Cybersecurity, and Identity.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with CISOs and Lead Engineers.
  • Experience thriving in a startup environment with a growth mindset.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience scaling successful partner relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and sign regional VARs and security-focused partners.
  • Train partners to hunt with SecureW2, providing them with the necessary tools and intelligence.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans that drive partner-sourced revenue.
  • Represent the SecureW2 brand at regional events.
  • Act as the primary advocate for partners within internal sales and marketing teams.
