About The Position

A dedicated regional account with steady freight, one consistent planner, and pay that climbs as you gain experience. Most drivers can expect to earn $1,400 to $1,500 weekly. Mileage pay ranges from $0.56 to $0.64, scaled to your experience. Pay is guaranteed for the first 3 months after your first solo dispatch. A performance bonus program is available, and drivers receive an extra $25 on any load under 100 miles. Drivers will average about 2,000 - 2,300 miles a week. The freight primarily consists of drop and hook, with some live load, live unload, and preload mixed in. A single planner covers the entire region, ensuring consistency. Both day and night shifts are available, and weekend work is included. Drivers will be home once a week for a 34-hour restart. Holidays are worked unless they fall on a driver's home week.

Requirements

Accredited CDL school completion (120+ hours).
For experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the past year, or 12+ months in the last 5 years.
Must be 21 or older.
CDL must match your home state.
Clean driving record: no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
No major preventable accidents in the past 5 years.
Must pass hair and urine drug screening.
Military experience (DD214) can count towards qualifications.

Paid training available for new drivers ($850/week guaranteed during 4-6 weeks of training).

Responsibilities
