About The Position

This dedicated regional account keeps freight moving for a major consumer beverage brand, with steady loads and a planning team built around this account. New CDL-A holders are welcome, and training pay starts at $0.50 per mile on a 6-month pay progression, with an experienced trainer. Experienced drivers can earn $1,500 to $2,200 per week depending on their experience pay tier and productivity. A pay guarantee is provided for the first 3 months after the first solo dispatch. Drivers are eligible for Driver Performance Pay (DPP) and a driver performance bonus program. The freight is no-touch, with live load and live unload facilities, plus drop and hook and preload assignments. There is $15 stop pay on every stop. Weekly mileage typically runs 1,500 to 2,500 miles.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Class A CDL in your state of residence.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• New CDL-A holders must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL training school.
• Experienced drivers need 6 months OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Clean driving record: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.
• Military experience considered with a valid DD214.
