About The Position

This position is for CDL-A drivers in the Henderson area, offering runs within a southwest triangle that allows drivers to stay close to home, with opportunities for their 34-hour reset at home. The role is open to new drivers, including recent CDL school graduates, with comprehensive training and support provided. The runs involve travel between Casa Grande, El Paso, Albuquerque, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, and Southern and Northern California. Some holiday work and shorter runs in heavier traffic are expected. Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 21 years old.
• New driver with a 120-hour CDL school certificate, or 6 months of recent experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years.
• Pass DOT physical and drug screening (hair and urine).

Nice To Haves

• Trainees can bring a dog once training is done.
• Pets and riders are allowed.

Responsibilities

• Drive a late-model truck (10-speed or automatic).
• Complete runs between specified cities (Casa Grande, El Paso, Albuquerque, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, and Southern and Northern California).
• Plan trips and keep logs.
• Practice backing and other driving skills with a mentor.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and pass physical and drug screenings.
• Work some holidays and complete shorter runs in heavier traffic.
