About The Position

This position is for Class A drivers in the Portland area who are looking for over-the-road (OTR) miles across the western states. Drivers will be home every two weeks. This role is specifically designed for new graduates with a CDL-A and offers paid mentor training before going solo. The freight is no-touch, meaning drivers are not responsible for loading or unloading. The position offers planned loads and 24/7 dispatch support. Drivers can expect to run approximately 2,000 miles per week.

Requirements

• Class A CDL in your home state.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Recent CDL-school graduate (120+ hours).
• Acceptable driving record, with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and a hair and urine screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate OTR lanes across the western states.
• Transport no-touch freight, meaning no loading or unloading.
• Adhere to a schedule of being out for approximately two weeks, then home for a reset period.
• Utilize planned loads and 24/7 dispatch services.
• Participate in paid one-on-one mentor training before going solo.
