About The Position

We are seeking Class A drivers, including recent graduates who require training, to join our regional driving team. Drivers will operate within the western US, primarily covering states like WY, MT, ID, CO, UT, and OR. The role involves running approximately 2500-2800 miles per week with all dry van freight. The position offers 100% no-touch freight, mostly drop and hook. Experienced drivers have the option for a rider and pet from day one. Benefits, including medical, dental, 401K, and PTO, begin after 60 days. Paid orientation, travel, and hotel are provided. For recent graduates, paid training is available for a duration of 4-6 weeks, requiring a valid Class A CDL and a minimum of 120 hours of driving from an accredited trucking school. Trainees must be willing to run OTR during the training period.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience.
• Must be 21 years old.
• No DOT preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No major accidents.
• No more than 2 preventable incidents.
• Cannot have been terminated from the last job due to safety concerns.
• No DUI in the last 5 years in a commercial vehicle.
• Never have failed a DOT or refused a drug/alcohol test.
• For trainees: Minimum 120 hours of driving in an accredited trucking school.
• For trainees: Willingness to run OTR during the training period.

Responsibilities

• Run regionally covering about 2500-2800 miles per week.
• Operate within the western US, primarily in WY, MT, ID, CO, UT, OR.
• Transport dry van freight.
• Perform 100% no-touch freight, mostly drop and hook.
• Allow riders and pets from day one for experienced drivers.
