About The Position

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) is a growth-focused hunter and relationship builder who thrives on creating opportunities and delivering results. You'll be at the forefront of expanding KJLC's business, developing key accounts, and helping customers solve complex challenges with innovative vacuum technology solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field
  • Three years of experience in technical sales
  • Advanced selling skills, vertical market knowledge, and technical competence
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and develop relevant customer solutions
  • Strong communication and English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and AI-enabled business tools
  • Valid driver’s license and passport; ability to travel domestically up to 65% of the time, dependent upon business need

  • Proven sales experience in the scientific vacuum and thin film markets
  • Foreign language skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a profitable sales territory through strategic customer engagement.
  • Build strong relationships and deliver consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Manage quotations, technical inquiries, bids, and customer service requirements.
  • Drive new business through customer visits, presentations, and opportunity development.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and sales reporting.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide customer and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Expand capital equipment opportunities and support long-term account growth.
  • Maintain technical expertise through ongoing training and industry engagement.
  • Travel extensively to support customers and business development activities.
  • Other duties as assigned
