About The Position

Botrista is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive growth in Higher Education, Healthcare, and restaurant chains across the Las Vegas region. The role focuses on identifying and qualifying high-value locations, developing relationships with decision-makers, and managing the full sales process for Botrista Pro machines—from prospecting and site qualification through installation, launch, and training. The successful candidate will help increase revenue and machine placements, achieve quarterly KPIs, and support account health, product usage, customer satisfaction, and retention after launch. The role also involves reviewing pricing, returns, payback periods, invoices, and profitability reports, while identifying opportunities to build relationships and upsell customers. The position requires maintaining sales and customer records in Salesforce, reporting performance and pipeline updates to the Director of Regional Management, using data to improve sales approaches, and providing product and market feedback to internal teams. Travel of up to 85% within the designated region is required, including visits to prospective and existing client locations.
