About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Broista to deliver friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced coffee shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them navigate the menu, preparing quality drinks efficiently, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment. The work is physically demanding and involves being on your feet, moving quickly, serving a steady flow of customers, and working in varied weather conditions. Shifts may last up to 10 hours. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. The position offers a base pay of $12.00 per hour plus tips; the stated average of $7.75 per hour in tips is not guaranteed and is based on 2025 reporting. Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality drinks efficiently while keeping pace with a busy shop.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings, communicate availability, and be ready to work at the start of each shift.
• Maintain a tidy workspace and follow food safety standards.
• Support coworkers and contribute to a collaborative crew.
• Complete provided training, certifications, and knowledge tests to meet Dutch Bros standards.
