About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to serve customers in a fast-paced, high-energy shop environment. The role involves standing and moving quickly while handling a steady flow of customers and preparing high-quality drinks. Broistas connect with customers, help them navigate the menu, and represent Dutch Bros’ values through friendly, positive service. Shifts may last up to 10 hours, and the role involves working in varied weather conditions and may require pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Reliable transportation is needed for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. Compensation is $12.00 per hour in base pay plus average tips of $7.75 per hour; tip averages are not guaranteed and may vary.
