About The Position

Provides care to all patient populations for therapeutic purposes. Provides bedside diagnostic procedures as needed. Reviews and maintains respiratory care plans. Performs evaluations on patients and adjusts the care appropriately. Assists as a preceptor for students and new hires.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of a respiratory therapy program.
• Must obtain entry level certification and must have a valid Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC.
• Must have a current Indiana State license for Respiratory Care Practitioners.
• Must have current certification in CPR.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• ACLS and NRP certifications (required within 6 months for Parkview Randallia, Community Hospital locations).
• PALS and Stable preferred but not required (for Community Hospital locations).
