Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • 608 EPA certification is required for this position
  • Technical or advanced degree or equivalent maintenance experience
  • Successfully demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Examples of teamwork and customer service skills, including good oral and written communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of equivalent maintenance experience

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred ability to obtain a Class B license
  • On-site evaluation with recommended training

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical issues with mobile refrigeration units such as Carrier and Thermo King, using standard testing procedures and computer diagnostic equipment such as JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, and Windows
  • Performance preventive maintenance on our fleet of refrigerated trailers
  • Welding/fabrication as needed on trailer equipment
  • Perform DOT inspection per FMCSA guidelines
