Requirements

Class B CDL with a current Federal Medical Card.
Acceptable driving record.
Excellent customer service skills, including communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to read and interpret maps.
Ability to provide and comprehend clear instructions or directions (general and technical).
Reasoning Skills (problem solving and troubleshooting skills).
Ability to assess various job site hazards and work safely to prevent on the job accidents and injuries.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Understanding of basic math.

Nice To Haves

Experience in concrete and knowledge of concrete materials/additives.
Basic mechanical capabilities.

Responsibilities

Safely and timely deliver redi-mix concrete to customers.
Maintain the quality of the product through the delivery process.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Provide frontline sales and respond to customer inquiries.
Work safely on all job sites, around moving equipment and traffic.
Maintain clean equipment and ensure compliance with all workplace rules and regulations.
Cross-train on other duties or work-tasks as assigned, including operating Dump Truck, Loader, or other related equipment.
