About The Position

The Redemption Cashier is responsible for accurately processing customer purchases through the point of sale system in the redemption store. This role involves maintaining stock levels, assisting guests with product selection, monitoring the prize store to prevent theft, and reporting any equipment issues. The cashier will also interact with guests to create a positive experience and assist in other areas as needed. Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to uniform standards are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

  • Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning.
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Must be comfortable climbing on a ladder.
  • Must be able to communicate with guests and deliver instructions.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Obtain training certification per company policy.
  • Goes beyond the normal expectations without compromising the company mission, vision and values.
  • Demonstrates the ability to be courteous and accountable in all situations.
  • Responding to guests’ special requests in a courteous and accountable fashion.
  • Monitors the consistency of the product provided to all guests.
  • Works in a friendly, honest, and diligent manner with fellow team members, supervisors, and managers.

Responsibilities

  • Correctly ring in each item purchased through the appropriate point of sale system within the redemption store.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels in the redemption store displays per instruction of a lead or manager.
  • Assist guests with product selection.
  • Monitor guests in the prize store to prevent items being taken from the store without being purchased through the register.
  • Report damage to equipment or technical issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Interact with guests to create an engaging and entertaining experience.
  • Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager.
  • Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance.
