Bowl Desk Cashier- S+R
About The Position
The Bowl Desk Cashier is responsible for accurately selling, assigning, and maintaining the cleanliness of bowling lanes on shift. This role requires quickly turning over lanes, understanding the operation of bowling lane machines and resolving simple errors. The cashier will also be responsible for keeping bowling lanes organized, stocked, and clean, and assisting guests with lane issues and error codes. Additionally, the role involves cleaning and maintaining shoes, bowling balls, and lanes, valeting guests to lanes, assisting with lane setup, and ensuring the bowling area is stocked with essential needs. The cashier will manage a waitlist program, assist guests with fun card purchases, and operate a point of sale terminal with basic cash handling skills. The position also requires assisting in other areas as needed and maintaining uniform standards and a professional appearance.
Requirements
- Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- Must be comfortable climbing on a ladder
- Must be able to communicate with guests and deliver safety instructions
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Obtain training certification per company policy

- Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
- Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance
