About The Position

This role is responsible for the maintenance and repair of games, lanes, and attractions within the establishment. The technician will perform preventative maintenance, assist guests and team members with technical issues, and ensure the safety and functionality of all equipment. Additionally, the role involves managing parts inventory and potentially assisting in other areas as needed. The company emphasizes a strong commitment to guest service, teamwork, and professional conduct.

Requirements

  • Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning.
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Must be comfortable climbing on a ladder.
  • Must be able to communicate with guests and deliver safety instructions.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Obtain training certification per company policy.
  • Applicant's right to work in the United States will be validated through the E-verify system.
  • A background check will be processed upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on games, lanes, attractions per the Tech Services Manager (TSM).
  • Assist guests and team members with game, lane, and attraction problems.
  • Report and resolve game, lane, and attraction problems.
  • Maintain games, lanes, and attractions.
  • Assist with the safety and functionality of the attractions as needed.
  • Maintain part par levels and communicate needs to TSM and Fun Manager.
  • Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager.
  • Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance.
