About The Position

The Party Host is responsible for setting up, cleaning, and maintaining the party room/lane. This role involves greeting and assisting party guests, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an exceptional experience for the guest of honor and all party guests. The Party Host must adhere to a strict party timing schedule, process payments through the POS system, and assist in other areas as needed. Maintaining uniform standards and a professional appearance is also required.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Obtain training certification per company policy.
Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning.
Maintaining a positive attitude and upbeat personality during each party.
Moving at a fast pace to keep each party on schedule.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Must be able to communicate with guests and explain packages.
Goes beyond the normal expectations without compromising the company mission, vision and values.
Demonstrates the ability to be courteous and accountable in all situations.
Responding to guests’ special requests in a courteous and accountable fashion.
Monitors the consistency of the product provided to all guests, anticipating potential needs of all guests.

Responsibilities

Setting up, cleaning, and maintaining the party room/lane.
Greeting and assisting party guests with any items/decorations they bring.
Serving food, beverages, and cake to party guests.
Assisting with delivering the best possible experience for birthday clients and notifying Management immediately if assistance is needed.
Greeting and communicating with guests and answering basic party related questions.
Providing an exceptional experience to the guest of honor and all party guests.
Ensuring that the party payment is received and all additional items are paid for through the POS system.
Adhering to strict party timing schedule.
Assisting as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager.
Maintaining uniform standards and a professional appearance.
