About The Position

Leadpoint is hiring General Laborers / Sorters to sort recyclables at a large recycling and processing plant in Clifton Park, New York. The work supports community cleanliness. No diploma or prior experience is needed, and applicants do not need to submit a resume. Candidate selection is based on the ability to follow directions and the results of a realistic job preview, along with criteria intended to support a positive, efficient workforce aligned with Leadpoint’s culture. This is a full-time, first-shift position paying $18.00 per hour. Health, dental, and vision benefits are available after 60 days of employment. Leadpoint provides personal protective equipment, including safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, protective gloves, and arm shields. Employees also have access to a lunchroom with a refrigerator and microwave, weekly pay, and accrued time off.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Be able to stand for the entire shift.
