About The Position

Leadpoint is hiring entry-level General Laborers / Sorters to sort recyclables at a large recycling and processing plant in Clifton Park, New York. The work helps keep the community clean. No diploma, experience, or resume is required; candidates are assessed on their ability to follow directions and the results of a realistic job preview. Candidate selection follows specific criteria intended to support a positive and efficient workforce aligned with Leadpoint’s culture. This is a safety-sensitive position, and the company tests for THC because impairment at work presents a substantial risk of injury. The position pays $18.00 per hour and is described as full-time. The shift is first shift.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Able to stand for the entire shift.
• Consent to a background check.
• Consent to a drug screen, including THC testing.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse, general labor, or sorting experience is a plus but is not required.
• Reliable transportation; facilities may be near bus lines, and carpooling or ride sharing is encouraged.
