  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to effectively utilize social media, applicant tracking systems, and other digital recruiting tools to source, engage, and attract top talent

  • Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviews.
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing workflows in fast-paced environments to meet deadlines.
  • Deep knowledge of innovative sourcing techniques and effective recruitment practices across various platforms.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with the ability to master new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent at building relationships and communicating effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
  • Collaborative approach to understanding role requirements and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Expertise in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing key activities to achieve long-term and short-term objectives.
  • Understanding of recruitment compliance, non-profit regulations, and working with diverse populations, including individuals with special needs.
  • Committed to inclusive hiring practices and promoting diverse candidate pools.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address recruitment challenges and optimize processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in human resources-related area is preferred.
  • Experience may be substituted for education at the discretion of the Sr. Director of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
  • Proactively sourcing and screening qualified candidates
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Creating engaging job postings and recruitment campaigns
  • Ensuring a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate experience
  • Tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining accurate documentation
