About The Position

The Recruitment Marketing Consultant is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, optimizing, and measuring recruitment marketing campaigns. This role sits within the Candidate Generation department, servicing Cielo’s accounts. What really sets this role apart from others, is the breadth and scope of what you can do. Despite being the world leading RPO, we are extremely agile in our approach.

Requirements

• Experience and execution of best-in-class marketing strategies, process improvement, reporting and new technology implementation within an agency/RPO/In-house environment
• 2-3+ yrs commercial marketing experience required
• Media strategy and buying
• Senior stakeholder management with a track record of building long lasting relationships
• Delivering concise and creative communication across a range of mediums
• Managing complex projects with rapidly changing parameters
• Turning new ideas and technologies into tangible solutions for our clients
• Digital marketing experience a plus
• Experience with omni-channel marketing approaches
• Exposure Complex matrix driven organizations with multiple brands / locations

Responsibilities

• Devise integrated recruitment marketing campaigns with the aim of attracting and engaging jobseekers and increasing operational impact
• Internal / external stakeholder management
• Media planning and optimization – custodian of campaign and business-as-usual budgets across portfolios, along with media relationships
• Management and continuous improvement of our media publishing capabilities
• Create best in class candidate experience based on operational needs of our clients
• Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
• Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies
• Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs, and collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
