About The Position

The Best Connection is a leading employee-owned recruitment business with over 30 years of experience and more than 80 branches nationwide, specializing in the driving and industrial sectors. They are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Recruitment Consultant. This role offers a challenging and rewarding career where hard work is recognized. Full training, guidance, and ongoing support are provided for new entrants, while experienced recruiters can further develop their careers. The position is office-based in Burton.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Identify and win new business through sales calls and face to face client visits
• Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles
• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training
