About The Position
Proclinical is seeking motivated recent graduates to start a career in recruitment as an Associate Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and matching candidates to job positions for clients. The primary goal is to understand client needs and requirements to find the best candidate that fits both the job role and company culture. Proclinical helps individuals, teams, and organizations grow by providing workforce solutions exclusively within the life science industry, enabling them to innovate and deliver life-saving therapies and technologies to patients worldwide. Responsibilities
- Build, manage and leverage relationships with a range of existing and prospective clients and candidates
- Attend client meetings to develop an expert understanding of client requirements and expectations
- Identify, approach and attract prospect candidates and clients within your specific market using a variety of sources and strategies
- Work towards weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs to exceed financial targets
