Recruiting Manager
About The Position
We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to manage the recruiting department, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff; overseeing onboarding processes; and managing the department budget. The role also implements new procedures and improves existing procedures for recruiting and hiring best practices, collaborates with other departments to determine compensation strategies, and creates reports on candidates, job postings, and department performance. The ideal candidate is familiar with recruiting practices, has management experience, and demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Previous recruiting experience desired.
- Demonstrable management or leadership experience desired.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic computer software programs, including the Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of recruiting professionals.
- Oversee all recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Audit existing processes and implement new procedures in line with best practices.
- Hire, train, and mentor recruiting professionals in the department.
- Work with other department heads to determine appropriate compensation and benefits packages.
- Create detailed, accurate reports on department performance, candidates, job postings, and other recruiting matters.
- Manage the department budget.
