About The Position
Schneider is seeking a Recruiting Intern in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to support its Driver Recruiting team. The intern will assist with day-to-day activities related to interviewing and hiring drivers. Internship-specific opportunities include networking with Schneider associates, professional skills training led by Schneider leaders, business resource group meetings and events, volunteer activities, and after-work social gatherings. Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a college or university.
- Working toward an associate, technical, or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, supply chain, or logistics.
- Able to work full-time over the summer.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, chats, and text messages from driver candidates.
- Provide superior customer service to driver candidates and other departments.
- Schedule interviews for driver recruiters.
- Assist driver recruiters with their day-to-day tasks.
