Pentagon Technologies is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our internal recruiting team. This is a 3-month contract opportunity. You'll be tasked with supporting our recruiters with scheduling and administrative tasks, ensuring a world-class candidate experience, and enhancing communication between internal teams. Our ideal candidate will be extremely organized and obsessed with the details.

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience with recruiting coordination, calendar management, or high-touch client or office management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build cross-organization partnerships.
  • Must be highly organized, able to prioritize, and pay close attention to the details
  • Strong communication skills, inclusive of written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator with knowledge of talent acquisition operations
  • Prior experience with Paycom

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview logistics for various types of roles (high-volume, technical, non-technical) across multiple sites.
  • Create excellent candidate experiences by expertly navigating through the coordination process, resolving scheduling issues, and advising on interviewer best practices.
  • Adhere to internal service-level-agreements (SLAs) and goals that promote timely communication with candidates and efficient hiring practices.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring teams, and other internal stakeholders to unblock scheduling challenges.
