Responsible for maintaining applicant tracking system and maintaining open requisitions. Recruitment coordinator will be responsible for working hiring manager, team members, and outside vendors to hire qualified candidates. Recruitment coordinator sources qualified candidates, assists in the interview process and and ensuring employees are onboarded in a timely and effective manner. This position acts as liaison between recruiting team, candidates, hiring manager, and operations teams. This position will be point of contact for onboarding process including background check and pre-employment screening (including physical, drug and alcohol test). Contributes to building a positive team environment through commitment, respect, and communication.
