Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of accuracy in high-volume administrative work
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft professional and warm candidate-facing messages
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • A genuine sense of empathy and a candidate-first mindset
  • Comfort operating autonomously with minimal oversight, while knowing when to escalate
  • Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with Rippling preferred (Greenhouse also accepted)
  • Experience with pre-employment compliance processes (background checks, drug screenings); familiarity with Checkr is a strong plus
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States
  • All staff at Arine are expected to be part of its Information Security Management Program and undergo periodic training on Information Security Awareness and HIPAA guidelines. Each user is responsible to maintain a secure working environment and follow all policies and procedures. Upon hire, each person is assigned and must complete trainings before access is granted for their specific role within Arine.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers in a timely, professional manner.
  • Manage scheduling across multiple active requisitions simultaneously, keeping each organized and on track in our ATS.
  • Proactively communicate with candidates to confirm logistics and keep them informed throughout the process.
  • Prepare and send accurate offer letters in coordination with the recruiting team.
  • Ensure offer details are thoroughly reviewed and error-free before delivery to candidates.
  • Initiate and track background checks and drug screenings for all incoming hires via Checkr.
  • Monitor compliance status and follow up proactively to prevent delays in the onboarding pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records to support compliance tracking and audit requirements.
  • Serve as a responsive and empathetic point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Deliver clear, warm, and professional communications that reflect Arine's employer brand.
  • Ensure every candidate, regardless of outcome, feels respected, informed, and valued.
