We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support a smooth, organized, and positive hiring process for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing recruiting logistics, maintaining accurate candidate records, and helping ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact through offer stage. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time (25-36 hours per week), temporary (3-4 month) assignment, remote within the west coast of the United States, preferably in Southern California.
