Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, HR coordinator, or administrative role supporting talent acquisition
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills; you represent Uniphore at every candidate touchpoint
Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar) and scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly)
High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Experience in a fast-growing technology or SaaS company is a plus

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones, including phone screens, video interviews, panel interviews, and onsite visits
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and a world-class experience
Partner with recruiters to manage requisition workflows, track candidates in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and ensure data integrity
Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, scorecards, and hiring manager prep guides
Support process improvement initiatives to scale recruiting operations as Uniphore grows
