About The Position

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Ironclad, you’ll be a core member of the team – bringing structure to complexity, anticipating roadblocks before they arise, and ensuring the candidate experience reflects the best of who we are. This role is well suited to someone who thrives on context, operates with ownership, and sees the impact of small details on big decisions. This is a 6 month temporary role with potential to extend based on business needs. Recruiting Coordination at Ironclad is a strong launchpad for high performing, curious people. Several past RCs have grown into new roles within Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, People, and Workplace teams, or expanded their scope into programs like onboarding and enablement. In this role, you’ll be embedded across the hiring process, collaborating directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and crossfunctional teams. You’ll gain visibility into how strong hiring decisions are made and sharpen versatile skills in recruiting, operations, stakeholder management, and candidate experience.
